Bring your photo ID to pick up your cap and gown. They are required! If someone else is picking up your cap and gown, they will need their photo ID and a letter signed by you stating your request. Include your student ID number in the letter.

You may also pick up your yearbook, join the UCI Alumni Association and purchase UCI memorabilia at Senior Send-off Week.

Vendors and service providers are available to talk with you regarding short-term health insurance, graduate school prep courses and more.

You will receive a coupon for one complimentary Commencement Program. The program is available at the Supply Information Counter in the UCI Bookstore beginning June 10. Bring your coupon to receive a free copy. Additional programs may be purchased at Commencement or at the UCI Bookstore.

Remember to give tickets to your family and guests BEFORE your ceremony lineup time. Tickets are not available at the door and are not held for pick-up. Forgotten/lost tickets cannot be replaced. Children under the age of 2 remaining on a parent’s lap do not need tickets.
