Thank you for your continued interest in Anthology Yearbook and supporting a student-run college yearbook! Our goal is to capture treasured memories throughout the year and to highlight them for our anteater community. With this years’ change of events we have been working hard to ensure we are still able to deliver these amazing memories to you. Many of our processes have been modified as a result of this and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we find solutions. Below you will find some FAQ’s that might be helpful.

2024 Yearbook FAQ’s

Will there be a 2024 Yearbook?

Yes! Our editorial staff has been busy all summer preparing plans and learning new methods to continue to bring you a yearbook full of memories, even in a virtual setting! Additionally, we are moving back to in-person settings, so expect more in this year’s yearbook that we couldn’t do in an online setting.

Where do I purchase the yearbook? When is the last day to purchase a yearbook?

Be sure to pre-order your yearbook during the Fall quarter to ensure you receive the discounted rate. The website will reflect the updated prices and deadlines soon. Please check back for updates. We also share yearbook updates and deadlines on our instagram  @uciyearbook so follow us to remain updated.

Where do I take senior portraits? When is the last day to take senior portraits?

Click here to access the senior portraits website. Follow the instructions on the page and you will be able to learn more about how to take your senior portraits. Students must have their Senior Portraits taken professionally by Lauren Studios. We will not be accepting Senior Portrait submissions that are taken outside of Lauren Studios. The Senior Portrait deadline is the last day of the Fall 2023 Quarter. Updates will be posted on our Instagram @uciyearbook. 

Please note that senior portraits are only available to undergraduate graduating seniors. 

STUDENTS WHO TAKE SENIOR PORTRAITS FOR THE ANTHOLOGY YEARBOOK PUBLICATION ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING THEIR FULL NAME, MAJOR(S), AND ACADEMIC SCHOOL(S) PRIOR TO THEIR SENIOR PORTRAIT SESSION. PORTRAIT IMAGES AND SUBSEQUENT INFORMATION ARE VERIFIED BY STUDENTS FOLLOWING THEIR SENIOR PORTRAIT SESSION WITH LAUREN STUDIOS. ALL PORTRAIT IMAGES, NAMES, MAJOR(S), AND ACADEMIC SCHOOL(S) INFORMATION PRINTED IN** THE ANTHOLOGY YEARBOOK ARE FINAL WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. IF THE INFORMATION IS STILL INCORRECT ONCE PRINTED IN THE ANTHOLOGY YEARBOOK AFTER DUAL STUDENT VERIFICATION WITH LAUREN STUDIOS, PLEASE CONTACT LAUREN STUDIOS DIRECTLY. **NO REFUNDS OR RE-PRINTS WILL BE PERMITTED.

I’m interested in being a part of the yearbook team, how do I join?

I have a concern about the yearbook, how do I get in contact with the team?

You can email us at info@yearbook.uci.edu and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We are also accessible on instagram @uciyearbook or Facebook UCI Anthology Yearbook. 

Who is allowed to take Senior Portraits? 

Senior portraits are only available to undergraduate graduating seniors.

How should I expect to receive my 2024 yearbook?

Yearbooks will be available for pick-up on campus at the end of Spring Quarter. We will not be providing shipping.

What is Yearbook’s return policy?

All sales are final and no return is permitted. If you have any questions, please contact info@yearbook.uci.edu.

I purchased a yearbook last year but still have not picked it up yet. What should I do?

pick it up, you can come to pick up your yearbook at the Student Government Student Media (SGSM) front office. Our business hours are Mon-Fri 9 AM-4 PM. You can feel free to come in at your convenience during these times with your student ID or Driver’s License and your Proof of Purchase/Receipt. Please provide this to the front desk assistant and they will hand the yearbook to you afterward.

Can a friend pick up my yearbook for me?

Yes, you can have another student pick up the 2023-2024 yearbook in your place. In order to do so, please fill out this Form: Someone Else Picking Up Your Yearbook prior to pick up and we will have that individual marked on our list. As a note, only the individual(s) listed on the form can pick up the yearbook in your place.
